  • What are the pick up and delivery options?

    Pick ups are available in downtown Travelers Rest from 12-5pm during store hours. We deliver locally to Greenville, Travelers Rest, and Taylors on Tuesday through Saturday afternoons for a fee of $10. The following zipcodes are included in our delivery range - 29601, 29609, 29613, 29614, 29615, 29617, 29650, 29687, 29690

    What if I need flowers last minute?

    Grab and go florist choice bouquets are always available at our Travelers Rest storefront during store hours. Feel free to walk in anytime and purchase flowers.

    I have a small event I would like flowers for, how should I order?

    If you would like a simple arrangement or bouquet you can place an order through our shop page. If you’re looking for something more than what you see on that page, we offer a partial floral design service. Please click here to inquire. We would love to provide flowers for any of your event needs.

  • What scale of event can your team deliver?

    Our team can design and execute everything intimate elopements to a 500 guest blowout bash. We love designing detailed tablescapes, full sized installations, and more. No matter your dreams, we’re here to help you make it happen.

    Do you travel outside of Upstate SC?

    We travel throughout North Carolina, Low Country South Carolina, and Georgia. Travel costs will be calculated based on size of team needed, location, and scale of the event. Our portfolio features some of our favorite destination venues.

    What hardgoods and containers does your studio provide?

    Our full service clients have access to our complete inventory of containers in a wide variety styles and the full palette of candle offerings. This includes urns, columns, compotes, arbors, and every sort of candle container. If we do not have the perfect fit for your design, we would love to source whatever is needed.

  • What does this service entail?

    This service is as easy as book, pickup, and return! On your wedding day your designs will be expertly packed and ready to be picked up at our studio. Once they’ve reached the venue, all they need is to be placed.

    What types of designs can I order?

    We offer everything from bridal party flowers to tabletop designs and floral sprays. Our menu options are ready to fit any needs or floor plan.

    Do I keep the floral containers?

    Containers can either be rented or bought. A portion of our inventory is available for rent and will need to be returned within 3 days of your event. If you would like to purchase the containers, we can provide you a curated list of our take home options.

  • What are your corporate offerings?

    We offer full service bespoke design services for everything from cocktail parties to luncheons, press releases, and full sized banquets.

    I’m a business, retail establishment, or hotel, can you provide flowers for our front desk or lobby?

    Yes! We currently offer subscription floral services for Greenville, Travelers Rest, and Upstate SC businesses with weekly delivery starting at $175. We also offer partial and permanent installations if your business is looking for a longer term design.

    Do you offer styling services?

    Yes! We would love to provide flowers for your photoshoot, brand campaign, or product launch. Please inquire here or reach out to destin@katelypinnerstudio.com for more information.

  • Our storefront and studio is located at 106 S. Main Street, Travelers Rest. Parking is available on the side of the building and in the gravel parking lot behind the building. Follow signs for “Lell building” parking.
